The UDJ Mother's Club

Purpose


The University of Detroit Jesuit High School & Academy (UDJHSA) Mothers' Club is a service organization. The UDJ Mothers' Club sponsors activities and events, in a spirit of cooperation, with faculty and staff. We strive to support UDJ in the formation of students as "Men for Others for the Greater Glory and Honor of God."

Operations

The UDJ Mothers' Club operates in accordance with its By-Laws and at the direction of the Board of Directors. A copy of the By-Laws is available upon request.

Meetings

Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30PM. The Secretary of the Board may also call special meetings at any time. Meetings include prayer, fellowship, business, and often an interesting talk from a faculty member or administrator.

Membership

All mothers and female guardians of UDJHSA students are automatically members of the UDJ Mothers' Club.

Sponsors

Throughout the year, the Mothers Club organizes incredible activities for the UDJHSA community, our young men as well as Mother and Son events. In order to cover expenses and provide these events, we are asking each member to contribute annual membership donation of $25. We gratefully accept and appreciate any and all contributions.

Events

The UDJ Mothers' Club encourages member participation in its events and activities. Participation includes volunteerism, attendance at meetings, and socializing at Mothers' Club events.
